District 2 is known for a land where peacekeepers are produced. So to add this affect....they made Kyrie Lady Justice and Dax her scales to represent how the law is important and up and foremost paint a better picture of Kyrie as she has been tarnished by her family's recently brash behavior.
 
Everything about Kyrie's outfit is gold, which represents the strength of the law. Her outfit is elaborate and intricate. She wears a long and golden gown that trails to the ground covering her bare feet. She is adorned with various golden jewels including a golden headband with spikes coming out of it.
 
Her makeup and hair is not as elabroate as her costume and accessories. She has simple gold makeup on her eyes and her lips. Her nails are black with golden dots on it. Her long brown hair flows freely in the back.
 
Originally she was going to be blindfolded just like the original symbol to represent....however Kyrie talked to her stylist and decided to add her own spin to it which her stylist loved. Instead of a blindfold, she decided to wear a mask instead. This represents how she is hidden behind her sister's cowardness about six months earlier hiding a girl who is strong and is willing to fight at the same time showing the illusion of a blindfold. In addition she holds a sword and a scroll to again show the strength of the law.
 
Both her and Dax's outfit show how with a strong law placed upon the land, Panem is held together and continues to this day to thrive.

Before Kyrie Kolya left the boy she loved Puck Mathison had given her his gold chain as a token of his love. In addition after her two sisters died she wore a necklace with the pendants of their two favorite necklaces to keep their memory close to her heart. Deanna's was a sun shaped pendant with a turquoise stone in the middle. Cassie's was a snake wrapped around a stone. She wore them as the purpose of them being her "guardians". After Puck gave her the necklace Kyrie slipped the two charms so she can not only remember what she was fighting for but to have her two guardians prevent her from failing at her task. Because of all the D2s that find themselves in the arena she fights for something much more than glory....she's fighting for love....and that she believes will lead her to victory.
